昨日は目白のめちゃオシャレなマンションの一室で
の交流会＋飲み＋セミナーでした。
いやー本当楽しかった。
参加者のみなさんどうもありがとうございました。
ってか何もなくてすいませんｗ
でも、素晴らしい人ばかりで最高の盛り上がりでした。
飲みながらゆるーくリラックスしてセミナーを聞いて
その場で実践する。
そう”ノミナー”ですｗ
初回はコミュニケーション術ということで
ゲストできてただいた顧問のＹ大先生のスピーチを聞かせていただきました。
ＮＬＰ（神経言語プラミング）を用いたコミュニケーション術でなるほどなって思いました。
”しゃべり上手→聞き上手→話させ上手”
相手に好かれるには”聞き方”が大事らしいですｗ
ポイントは
１、ミラーリング
２、バックトラッキング
３、ペーシング
などなど。
自分じゃ説明できないんで、興味ある方は

これからはコンセプトの時代と言われています。
不況な世の中だからこそ
会社でなく、個人が成長していかなければならないのです。
みんなで情報交換をしていき、
みんなでお互いを高めあう。
そして、ともに成長していく。
「稲のことは農家に聞け」っとうちの大学でならいましたがまさにそのとおりだなって実感しました。
みんなでたくさんコラボレーションしていくそんなコミュニティーをみんなで創っていきたいですね。
