”Relaxation"

little relaxation method is written.

It is recommended in the recreation of study at intervals.


1.Eyes are shut and it puts a force upon [**den]. (Center of gravity is lowered, and it makes efforts to the thumb of the reed. To hips. )

The breath is vomited spending slowly 2 or 7 seconds. (The poison of the body has gone out and image it [ku]. )

When everything ..three.. is vomited, the breath is breathed in from the nose spending seven seconds this time (image ..no plus..).

The breath for 4 or 7 seconds is stopped.

5 and 1?4 are repeated.



Is it this and it is possible to use it.


ちょっとしたリラックス方法を書きます。

勉強の合間の気分転換にオススメです。


1.目を閉じて丹田に力を入れる。(重心を低くして、あしの親指に力を入れる。あと、おしりにも)

2、ゆっくり7秒かけて息を吐く。(体の毒がでていくイメージ)

3、全部吐いたら今度は7秒かけて息を鼻から吸う(プラスなイメージ)

4、7秒間息を止める

5、1~4を繰り返す



これかなり使えます。
